Today we were at Melrose Golf Club in the Scottish Borders. We were extremely fortunate with the weather and enjoyed a warm sunny day. In total we had 52 boys and girls competing over the excellent Melrose course. Many thanks to Janet Brown and all the staff at the Melrose Golf Club for all their help and hospitality on the day. The course was in great condition and everyone enjoyed the course. The scoring was excellent on the day, special mention to two players, Jack Gallacher in the Under 14 boys stroke play section scored 39 the lowest score of the day and Jack Collingswood who scored 36 in the flag event in the Under 8 category, fantastic scoring.
