Today we were training shoulders.We started with Barbell shoulder press GVT/10 sets x 10 reps.Its a great system if you want to put some quality size on your shoulders and shred fat at the same time!!! Our Shoulder workout today: 1.BB shoulder press-GVT/10 x 10 2.Single arm DB lateral raises/4 x 15,12,10,8 3.Laying on the bench frontal BB raises/4 x 12,10,8,12 4.Reverse machine flys-FST 7 /7 x 12/15 Dont just read it try it!!!
