Todays Card.... The time to stop running away is now. You have run and run so far, but when you look around, you really havent run that far! A lot of energy has been wasted for very little effort. It is time to turn around and face whatever has been troubling you. It really cannot be as bad as way you have been feeling lately. This type of denial leads to many types of addictive behaviours as well. So stop! Take a deep breath. Turn around and really look at what you have been running away from. It may not be as big as you have imagined. I think you have built it up to something enormous in your mind......have you? Before you decide how to tackle this monster there is something you can do to alleviate your fears and anxiety. A little self healing. It is time to reconnect with your Soul, with your Heart. You know you have the solutions within. Even if the solution means to walk away or let it go. Take some time to explore what you know works for you. Is it meditation, a walk in nature, time with the ocean, a massage, an energy healing with your favourite practitioner, a really long talk with someone you trust, a long lunch and a lot of laughs with friends? Reconnect with what works for you, or find something new to try. Bump yourself out of your current mind set and get back on track. ** As I was writing this morning, I remembered something that was forming in my mind the last couple of days.
