Learn more about the project - interfacemedia/childrens#Overview Q. What’s the best TV show on TV today, vs the best TV show of all time? A. Born in Nashville, I’ll have to say that, though it’s a real ”Soap Opera,” I’m partial to the show “Nashville,” which consistently has the best musical performances on broadcast television. There have been many strong contenders for best show of all time… I really like the character development in Breaking Bad and Mad Men… feel like I know them all really well. The most recent series of Battle Star Galactica was outstanding as well. Q. What is your favorite place to which youve traveled and why? A. Though I’ve traveled quite a bit, Australia tops the list. In 2011 we visited our son who was spending a semester abroad near Brisbane’s Gold Coast. We covered the Eastern Coastal region, travelling north to the Daintree Rain Forrest, then on to Cairns where we snorkeled the Great Barrier Reef. Surfer’s Paradise was next to, well, at least think about surfing, and three days in Sydney for some spectacular urban exploration. We finally ended up visiting friends in Melbourne-- another great experience in the city as well as in the “Bush.” Q. What 3 predictions do you have for 2015? A. The President will need to put combat troops back on the ground in the Middle East to confront ISIS head-on. I will get full use of my left hand. [Editor’s Note: And we’ll high-five you when you do!] A healthy year for me and my family—I really like this one! Q. You are hosting a dinner party and must invite 3 famous people (living or dead). Who would you choose and why? A. Albert Einstein - introduced his special theory of relativity, which held that the laws of physics are the same even for objects moving in different inertial frames (i.e. at constant speeds relative to each other), and that the speed of light is a constant in all inertial frames. Elon Musk—Founded PayPal, Space-X, Tesla Motors, Solar City, and the Hyper Loop (a subsonic air travel machine). He’s just getting started at age 40!!! Georgia O’Keeffe- Known as the greatest American female artist of the 20th Century, her paintings are noted for their abstract colors and shapes in depicting flowers, nature, and the American Landscape. Georgia was married to famous photographer, Alfred Steiglitz. Q. Describe what you do at IMG in 3 sentences or less. A. As the Director of Digital Media I provide on-going leadership developing interactive applications plus a healthy dose of thought leadership, given my years in the business. The digital media team has grown significantly since I came on board (July 2012), and I look forward to experiencing our advancements in the industry and how the IMG Digital Media team grows as professional and as individuals.
