Skies become mostly sunny by midday. Highs will be in the upper 40s for the valleys, with 30s to near 40 for the mountains and east of the Cascades. Overnight, fog and low clouds will develop in the valleys west of the Cascades. Pockets of freezing fog may be possible. Lows will be in the mid 30s for the valleys, and in the 20s for the mountains and east of the Cascades.
