Todays Workout Squats! You will learn that this is my favorite exercise especially with weights. Stay tuned for my squat weight workout next week :) -Squat extend right leg all the back then back to squat & repeat with left side -Feet together squats -Plea Squat, feet turned out and a little more than shoulder length apart -regular squat, feet shoulder length apart -Balancing squat, lift one leg up right above the ankle and squat, dont forget the other leg ;) -For the finale Jump Squats, the lower you squat the higher you will jump. To modify just lift the heels up off the ground instead of jumping ;) Keep that booty tucked in & keep your chest up Complete each round for 60 seconds and Repeat 2-3times. Work for 3 today peeps, we all like a nice booty & this is how you get it :) Have a rocking wednesday!
