Todays back hotel gym workout. Video was 2nd round of 2 giant sets. Started workout with 6 sets moderate heavy bent over row still nursing a back injury. 3 sets wide grips chins, giant sets times 2 was machine lat pull down squeezing facing inwards, facing outwards triple drop set with few extra pump reps plus ISO hold 10-15 seconds, I then disappear in the video and do 12 reps pronated wide bent over row, 12reps supinated row, low incline bench row squeezing jamming bar into under rail, db rows stretching lats squeezing to hip lower lat 12 reps, 12reps pronated row elbows out trying to squeeze mid/lower trap, 10-20 shrugs upper then lower, then on to some machine I have never seen before did 10 reps lats, 10 reps bent over row, then finished with standing row, after that giant set was pretty toasted bit didnt get much in the lower lat so finished off with 50 reps one are row moderate weight pulling and squealing to the hip to finish off the lower lat. So next time you are in a hotel gym you dont have an excuse here is a little workout you can try out. Have fun. Ps reps were not counted so dont quote me on them.
