Todays crystal message is aquamarine, which carries metaphysical properties for communication (centred in the throat chakra). The message refers to the feminine aspects - that is the nurturing aspects of communicating - with gentleness, tolerance kindness and compassion. It reminds us that there is strength in communicating in loving and kind ways, and that our personal truth can still be honoured with honest and kind expression. I also feel that this card is a reminder to be kind to ourselves in our self speak. A reminder to not make negative comments about ourselves. In the simplest form of creating a change in our self talk, if we feel that we need to lose a little weight, we may habitually make comments like I am SO fat! I need to get rid of this lard!. This kind of self talk actually reinforces the statement of who and what we are , ie fat and needy, so this is what we will continue to create, until we change our voice script. What we may do to change this is pattern, is to say something like I am perfect as I am, and I choose to eat and live in a physically healthy way. (Or some such - create one that FEELS right to you), you could even try I AM living healthier and my body reflects my healthy changes. Perhaps you could even consider something along the lines of I give thanks for my perfect body and its capacity to change and adapt. We all have mind chatter - this message is purely about watching what our chatter box says to us and turning the speak into kind speak. Much light and love ~ Larina:)x
