Todays giggle from the call center ... this one goes out to Bob Walker especially. I got a call today from ... well call her Renee. She gave me a phone number and her PIN number. However, the digits did not work, so I could not access her account to help her. I asked again for her phone number, and she gave me a different one. She said the first one was her sisters number and it had always worked better than hers. This second phone number, hers, DID work with her PIN number so that I could access her account and help her.
