Todays snippet is from PiYo Define: Upper Body Warm up those shoulders by doing your tricep push ups on your knees. Keep those elbows in close. I have added this program in with some running training Ive been doing (though its awesome all on its own, seriously my soul mate workout) and I can already notice the difference in my strength and flexibility.
