Todays theme ... GOALS! What are your health & fitness goals? How do you plan on getting there? Think about your goals and the lifestyle you will live once you reach those goals. That is how you should be living now! If your goal is to be able to do 50 push-ups & have a six pack, how do you picture how someone that can do those things lives? How do they eat, exercise, sleep, etc? If your goal is to wear a size 8, think the same thing. What do you think a size 8 lifestyle looks like? LIVE LIKE THAT NOW!!! One of the main things that helps me be accountable to my goals is putting them out there for everyone to see! So on January 1st, Ill be asking for your monthly, yearly, & lifetime health & fitness goals. Lets make 2015 the healthiest year ever! So start thinking about it and be ready to make them public (or at least on this site)!
