Todays workout is one to get you outside. This is a running interval training session but could also be done on a bike. If your new to running pace yourself and do as much as you can. Pick a route that is safe and suits your ability (ie dont make it too hilly when first starting out). Make sure you warm up with some low intensity exercise and mobility stretches. Start off jogging (comfortable pace) after 2 min pick up the pace and run/jog faster for 1 min (a pace that gets your heart rate up and gets you out of breath) then walk/slow jog for 30sec. Repeat this 3-5 times. To finish slow walk and stretches.
