Tomorrow Im starting round 2 of the Daniel fast. Is there anybody who would like to join? If so Ill make a group page. Its basically a 21 day cleanse/fast and you can download a book that comes with instructions and 21 devotionals. Its no dairy, no meat, no caffeine and no sugar. My main focus will not be perfection but making positive steps and resetting my body, effort, prayer for guidance, persevering, focusing on what matters, and growing closer to God. I will post pics daily of my food choices which will fall as close as possible to the guidelines of the fast. Looking forward to more positive changes ahead spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
