Tomorrow, Muslims of Mauritius will be celebrating Eid. A festival that marks the end of a sacred month. Ramadan, was a month of sacrifices, of prayers, of self consciousness, however, during this month, many of us have seen atrocities beyond imagination of the brutality of mankind against others. I am in pain, when I see such atrocities. I hope that mankind would realize that Earth was given to them to live in peace and that religion was never a pretext to make wars. We all have our differences, our little quarrels, but peace must prevail over all that for the benefit of humanity. So please do not mix up politics, religion and status. Be respectful to others, be tolerant to others and pray for world peace, even it may be utopia but if everyone of us, can make this as a conviction, It may happen. Peace and love to all.
