Tomorrow we will be having Christmas here at the house. Seems like everyone is busy so we decided to have a get together on Saturday. The stuffing is made and chilling and the celery and apples are cut for my Waldorf salad. I have other things on the menu but guess I will be doing most of that in the morning. Morning plans: Stuff turkey begin to cook. Cook a head of cauliflower and make my cheese sauce, sweet potatoes ready to go with my home made caramel sauce (will top with marshmallows when almost done. I have squash to make and potatoes to peel. If I have time I want to make a batch of Spritz and some fudge. I have frosted sugar cookies made, but we ate the peanut brittle and rice crispy treats. Maybe some more of that too. Depends on how fast the clock moves. I still have some wrapping to do and getting the tables set. Should have 12 but could have a few more. Family still celebrating with other family members so not all can make it. Well Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night. (We forgot to eat today so Pizza has been ordered!)
