Tomorrows lunch options have changed slightly, due to a supplier issue, they sound pretty amazing still to me!! MAINS – Choice of -Roasted eye fillet of Naracoorte beef,onion tatin with wilted greens and Shiraz jus -Prosciutto wrapped chicken paupiette With macadamia and pork forcemeat ,potato bake ,bashed pumpkin ,cranberry sage jus -Oven baked piccata of Atlantic salmon with a scallop, prawn and pea risotto, dessert lime butter sauce. DESSERT choice of -Warm traditional Christmas pudding with brandy and vanilla anglaise ,almond ice cream -Vanilla baked cheese with rhubarb and raspberry -Chocolate and salted caramel torte with vanilla ice-cream .
