Tonight the Shelter Advisory committee met with the Texarkana Area rescue groups. It has found me overly comfortable in the direction the Texarkana Animal Shelter is heading. I knew, and now know for sure, the kill numbers reported by the Shelter every week to the Texarkana Gazette were wrong. Dead wrong. The Kill to Live numbers have been or close to 90% Kill 10% Live outcome for years. If you stood up, fought and lost now is the time to Win!
