Took a nice fall down some stairs today courtesy of the ice. I was holding onto the handrail, so managed to fall on the left side of my butt (the left side being the side I have problems with my hip/leg due to back issues). Needless to say, my butt hurts, Im sure Ill have a nasty bruise...and Im hoping the back/left leg issues dont start acting up later!~ Oh well, at least I didnt him my head!~ I did have a wet butt/legs for a while before I could change and boy was that chilly! Be careful out there everyone! Not all parking lots/sidewalks are just wet, some are icy!
