Took the 3 year old and the baby to Upton Toddler Group this morning. It hit home that I quite possibly have no experience whatsoever of looking after a young child and a one week old baby at the same time! Battled with the brand new pushchair/pram in the Co-op first, complete with buggy board that kept coming off! Abandoned the shop. Toddler was fine apart from Mia insisting for a bit that her sister be laid on the floor (no way!, Sorry girls!) On arrival home, couldnt get the car seat bit off the chassis (Doh! - but then even Paul Tuddenham struggled!). Mia at the same time decided she desperately needed a wee and ended up wetting herself on my doorstep! Whilst in amongst all this chaos baby Ella decided she was hungry and started to yell for food! Anyone watching would have had a laugh at my expense lol.
