Topic: Ive recently learnt about HSP- Highly Sensitive People, and am sure that I fit the description. Nice to know Im not alone in the way I tend to think and feel about things, Ive always thought I was just crazy. Does anyone else fit the description of HSP, have you mentioned it to your family? How do you deal with it? While its good in some ways, I find it so hard some days. I cant seem to talk to anyone about it because theres so little known about it, people will probably think its just a made up thing, or that Im being dramatic..
