Topic1: Travel Last week, I went on an excursion to QUANG NAM .I went with some friends , I woke up early at 4:00 a.m and met them at the school .The weather was beautiful. In the morning we visited QUANG NAM the town .It was very beautiful .I saw HOI AN ,the old town. I like very much. I have lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon, we sat on the park and walked along the river. I met a very beautiful English girl with blue eyes. I think it’s the best city. I’ve ever been to and the people are friendly. life is very interesting here. QUANG NAM see you again ! Topic 2: Food and Health My day consists of three main meals :breakfast, lunch and dinner. I usually have toast, sandwich, egg, milk . I also sometimes have coffee. I have rice with some food such as: fish, meal, egg, vegetables. After that I have a cup of tea or fruit juice. In the evening, I have dinner at about half past seven. It’ s the big meal of the day and I eat a lot of natural food such as: rice, organic flour and pasta. At the weekend, I sometimes go to the restaurant . I usually buy fresh foods such as: fish , meat and vegetables. Some food should be avoid foods high in fat because it can make you fat, contain much sugar with make you sick, such as: diabetes…. High cholesterol or bad cholesterol are too many reasons can lead to significant damage to your health. In summary, choosing a sport to exercise is important because it helps you have a health body. Sports just entertaining, just help your health and an opportunity to meet people. During the review process for examinations, sports became more necessary, because it helps eliminate stress and tension and help clear head and light weight one more. Topic 3: Schooling and Future Career Good morning teacher. My name ……….I’m from…..and I’m the first year student at university of transport in HO CHI MINH city and my major is…..I have know regde of sea transport from. In the semester. I have lecernt 9 subjects. I study hard everyday and find more exercises to do because I have to try my best to get scholarship. When I graduate I will have full knowlegde of my major. I can choose my job. That suitable with my certificate and have a good scalary from that job. I’ll try my best in study to get a good job in future. I’ll work hard because I’ll have a lot of money and help me change my lofe . I’ll make my family happy and proud of me. Topic 4: Foreign Languages There are a lot of F.L all the would such as: English, Japanese, Chinese…..but English is the international languages. I spoken asa first language in the USA , Autialia , singapor ….In our country English is the main foreign language. Which is tought is school and used in lousiness . I have studied English for 8 years. It is very important with me because if I can talk with foreign . I can look for a good job, in the fature… I think that the most difficult in English is vocabulary and spelling. I will try my best to learn English
