Tough day at The Jaquays Estate today. We are hitting mine after memory minefield in the house. (The garage was easy in this regtard as we have no real attachments to the wood. There was no, oh, this is where I got my first splinter. Reminiscing about the childhood I spent with my two brothers has made me an emotional mess and has made me miss my brother Paul, in addition to my mom and dad. It is difficult because even though I love my sister Jennell Jaquays with all my heart, I miss my brother. I had to tell her today that I did not want her to negate the memories I have of him. I understand and accept her for who she is now, and that to her the little boy in the pictures is someone else. Thats okay, but my memory did not have the influence of the present. I grew up loving my two big brothers. We cried. We hugged. Were still good.
