Tragic Accident Today (June 8, 2013, Saturday) the entire community of Buguias Central mourns over the loss of its folks. An Elf truck owned by Bino Waclin and driven by Ambrosio Menzi Jr. met an accident at Boyoyo, Buguias at about 3:30 pm while on their way home from the victory party of the town mayor re elect Michor Diclas.
