Train like Liam Kenny your gym PT! His favourite type of training is HIIT training. Give it a go and watch your fitness shoot through the roof! HIIT – or High Intensity Interval Training – is a training technique in which you give all-out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. An example workout of this training method would be: 10 minutes on a rowing machine, as 30 seconds fast as you can, followed by 30 seconds slow active recovery. repeat this for 10 minutes and you will feel the burn!
