Trainee Collections Manager Pietermaritzburg R5 500 – R7 000 + Medical aid, shift allowance and a death benefit A well-established growing market leader is looking to employ a Trainee Collections Manager who will be responsible to effectively manage the Collections Department in the process of collecting outstanding money. The successful candidate must have: - 2 -3 years debt collections experience - Matric - Dialer experience - Management qualification - Experience using Vision Plus - Sound knowledge of Management and monitoring systems - Advanced computer literacy on MS Office - Able and willing to work shifts (Monday to Saturday) - Knowledge of Acts which impact the business and legal processes Reporting to the Key Accounts Executive your busy and challenging day will include: - Manage the Collections Department in the process of collecting outstanding debt - Produce reports - Set and manage budget - Maintain customer relationships - Ensure total query resolution resulting in achieving maximum results - Maintain goodwill towards clients - Initiate and attend internal meetings as and when required - Design strategies - Operational planning - Assisting other areas should it become necessary - Performance management - Train and develop staff If you enjoy solving problems and are able to motivate staff and you would like to apply for this exciting opportunity then please send your CV to [email protected]
