Training goals: Successfully compete in #physique this year (and next) and compete in my first #mma fight next year (and win). #Training footage from todays #shoulders and #triceps #workout Doing more seated/isolated movements at the moment - 1) because of my injured heel bone and 2) because Im back #bodybuilding in prep for my competition! Workout went as follows (only noting working sets): - High inclined log press 3x8-13 w drop set on final of 4-6 -1x 13 Log hang cleans -Kneeling dumbbell upright row 3x8-12 w drop set of 6-8 -Seated side DB lat raises 2x8-13 -Standing DB lat raises pyramid up x3 sets of 8-12 then back down x3 sets of 8-12 -Lying inclined rear delt DB flys 3x8-12 w drop set of 8-10 -Bent over, head rested on inclined bp, DB rear delt flys 2x8-12 w double drop set of 8-12 -Dips 3x8-12 final set rest paused after 1st failure -Ez-bar overhead tricep-extensions 2x8-12 -Flat bench Ez-bar skull crushers (behind head) into close grip press 8-12 for both x2 sets. 30-90 sec rest periods. #wod
