Training tonight Big Tom Lee staying the night so I did some bench while Tom did some Deads... Heavy intensity Bench Warm ups 2 - 3 sets 5 reps Working sets 60 x 5, 80 x 5, 100 x 3, 120 x 3, 140 x 1, Paused reps 160 x 1, 170 x 1, 175 x 1, 180 x 1(second attempt) wasnt as fast as I wanted but no dramas I have pretty fat bars so always get carry over on the smaller comp bars - game on Close Grip Bench 3 x 20 x 100 Done
