Transformation Conference. Leadership luncheon A New Wave People in this day are pregnant with hunger and anticipation. We need to have right eschatological view. The church is becoming more and more glorious. We need to advance forward and not retreat. There are always extremes when things are in the process of being restored. The Apostolic Prophetic movement will come into rightful balance. Transformational Leadership Not about title but influence. Spiritual leaders takes people where God wants them to be. Colaboring with God. We need a kingdom culture not a westernized mindset. Success is doing what God has intended us to do. Its not doing whats popular but what God is telling you to do. Spiritual leadership is servant leadership. How many dirty feet can we wash? Jesus style leadership. Maxwell style leadership can work in all areas except not always the Kingdom. In the Kingdom things are backwards compared to the world. Whats inside comes visible on the outside. Living from the inside out. This is transformational leadership. How do we give something away if we dont possess it? We cant give out forgiveness if we hold onto unforgiveness. We cant transform others if we have yet to be transformed. Its about leading others into their destiny and not into our destiny. They are able to bring people together from many view points. They are able to activate who they have not waiting for others to come. They inspire generosity and sacrifice. Their passion awakens passion in their team. They inspire people towards the impossible. Insights from Nehemiah: We are not modeling our life in Jesus humanity but in His glorification. Nehemiah 1 Though he was the Kings cupbearer in Babylon he was not part of the Babylonian system. If we donot know how to operate diligently in Chronos we wont be able to operate in Kairos. Years of pain is what often shapes the necessary character to handle great authority and anointing to handle the responsibilities of God. Your geography is not necessarily what shapes your destiny. We are citizens of the kingdom of God. We must live out of the authority of being ambassadors of God not limited to the limitations of our national citizenship. God can speak through anyone or anything, He has no bounds. We need the discernment to recognize Kairos times. We are all part of a much bigger picture and plans than our own. We need to learn to ask the right questions. We dont know whats really going on until God drops it in our heart. If what we are doing is overly burdensome we are out of Gods grace. God gives grace in our calling. We must feel the heart of God and the heart of His people. We cannot minister mechanically but with compassion. We cannot operate as great leaders in the Kingdom Of God without being people of prayer. Fasting robs our sensations so we live out of spirit rather than soul realm. It is not done to convince God on something, or to lose weight etc. Our wealth is not determined by what we have materially but living out of the resource of the Spirit to get the job done. Transformational leaders live out of a place of honoring others. God saved us and sent us because He knows we can get the job done.
