Transformation usually coincides with a goal. As everyones goal may be different, our obstacles in pursuit of those goals most definitely are different. Be it gaining mass, losing mass, or just maintaining--Its during the run-ins we face with these obstacles that some of the most critical transformation takes place: Building mental stamina. Embrace your off season. Its when you find out how zeroed-in mentally you really are in pursuit of your long or short-term goal. Will you let yourself go? Or will you fight--Even if youre unsure of exactly when that next big show day will be. You dont have to have a card to prove your potential & capability. It can be a lifestyle, not just a temporary accomplishment. EVERYONE IS capable of achieving AND maintaining their goals. Whether you THINK you can or cant becomes irrelevant.
