Tribhuvan University cancelled the Free Student Union (FSU) election scheduled for Jestha 18. The decision came after Tribhuvan University held meeting with Student unions. Tribhuvan University and student unions have forged 3 points agreements regarding FSU election. Tribhuvan University has agreed to announce next election date after consultation with various student unions. There was speculation and rumor that the FSU election can affect the Bachelor third year examination, which is scheduled to held from Jestha 21. With the cancellation of FSU election, the rumor has also ended.
