And, to bring fresh life upon the new ears and eyes that shall appreciate your distinguished literary works... Your voice shall always be remembered. Your passion within your spoken words and your inspirational speeches, brought forth unanswered questions about life and ourselves to become crystal clear. You raised self esteems... You wore so many hats in the literary arts world... Maya, I know there are untold stories that Im sure you’ve held for yourself. How I envy your soul for it being the only one that was blessed to hear those unspoken treasures... A sweet soul was released quietly from that temporary body which housed it. Yet, an existing and enduring spirit continues to linger amongst the living… A spirit which we shall always welcome. We have embraced your wisdom and will forever feel your vibrancy... Maya, Maya, such a treasure to many... A proud woman yet, gracious and humbled you were. I can hear you saying: Dont Weep For Me Child, God Called Me Home... We know that we shall continue to be blessed with your legacy. Your inheritance that you left for us, consist of many wise words and lessons which shall not be taken for granted. What a woman you truly are. Such an inspiration and impact that you’ve placed upon a multitude of folks from all walks of life… You my dear angel… You have earned your wings a long time ago.
