Tried a new bait this morning from Berkley called the Havoc flat dawg. This is a great bait rigged wacky style. They may be found locally but call ahead to make sure, they came out mid-summer. They have a lot of salt and tear easily so I used 3/8 shrink tubing cut 1/4-3/8 wide, the owner 1/0 wacky hook was looped thru the tubing. I also added spike it color with orange belly and chartreuse tail to look like a blue gill. Caught 7 bass on one bait before rain moved in.
