Trip so far: arrived in split yesterday after almost missing my flight. Sat next to a hungover guy who had the hiccups the entire way. Thankfully Landed to sunshine and got lost on the way to my hostel from the pier but thankfully my personal tour guide Brinley Noble came to my rescue. We lathered up in suncream and headed to the beach. We had a bit of a dip to cool off. Saw some crabs by the rocks, then went back to the pier to be tour guides for Ali Baillie and Lisa Maurice who had just arrived and were also lost. We then went back to the hostel to struggle with understanding how the local currency works and to see if anyone was ripped off. After poor brin realized traveled are cheeky and kinda liars we strolled the streets and randomly ran into an old Uni pal Emma Carter again after seeing her on my flight
