Tropical Storm Update: Damage to the park from Tropical Storm Iselle was minimal. Normal park operations are back up and running, and the incident command system was terminated at 3 PM today. The latest forecasts show that Hurricane Julio is well to the north of the Islands and would pose no serious threat to the park beyond possible higher surf, some rain, and wind speeds/gusts. Please note, however, the park is still closed to the public. The pali trail will remain closed until Monday morning. Please check back for additional updates.
