Natural does not mean better, it means no artificial chemicals/preservatives. Fat in food can go rancid without preservatives. 3. Even with preservatives an open bag of dry food should be discarded after 1 month. 4. Organic has no standard meaning for animal food according to the USDA. 5. Raw the FDA states that raw diets for animals are not consistent with the goal of protecting the public from significant health risks particularly when used to feed domestic pets. 6. Human -grade & Holistic are not defined by AAFCO and therefore cannot be accurately used to describe pet food. 7. Meal as the first ingredient in pet food could be better than meat. 8. Most dogs need grains. 9. Most expensive does not necessarily mean best...in anything. 10. The pet store owner isn in sales..not medicine. 11. Your veterinarian is in medicine...not sales!
