Trying to get some legal advice. I separated from my wife a year ago and we both have restraining orders against each other. I have attempted to get my belongings several times and she refuses to let me and tells the sheriffs she isnt home. I have my suburban at her house as well and I just spent 2,500 on new tires fluid flushes etc... Yesterday I drove by and my tires are gone and its on bricks. The tires alone cost me over $500. Do I have the right to pursue charges since we are legally still married? the truck is mine and she never paid a dime.
