Tuesday I was rushed to the ER with a 1.5 inch deep laceration (I could literally see everything inside my hand) to my hand, it was bleeding profusely and I could hardly feel, let alone move my first 2 fingers. The Drs said they wouldnt suture me because they could possibly do more damage to my hand because of all the tendons and nerve endings. So they glued me up and sent me home, still having very little feeling in my first 2 fingers and the immense swelling had began...BUT GOD! This morning not only am I gaining the feeling back, but I was able to make a fist, not a tight fist, but I can close my hand. Although its only been 3 days this has been humbling, Ive literally been doing everything with one hand. Cooking, cleaning, dealing with my children, everything. Thank God for MinisterDerrick Brinkley who has been doing everything once he gets home. Hes even been doing Saniyas hair for school (see Ray Kizer Sr.). I never wanna experience anything like this ever again. Hallelujah anyhow...and thank you God for the healing of my hand...
