Turbo is a 2 yr old owner surrender sitting in a no kill shelter in suburban Chicago. My husband and I looked into rescuing him, but hes energetic and needs more training than we can provide at this time. So we thought we would help network this cutie. We had a Chicago friend visit him, take pictures and video of him. He is very friendly, dog and kid friendly as well. The shelter told me he lived with a 1 and 5 yr old. It sounds like his adoption fee is low, but they dont transport. You also dont fill out an app until you get to the shelter and decide to adopt him.
