Turkeys all wrapped and in the freezer..... Well most of them anyway, I saw daughter Kim heading down the driveway with a turkey under one arm and a rooster under the other. Must be meeting the needs in our community here in Alaska. I boned one turkey out and ground it. I ended up with 6 packages of ground turkey. I made turkey nuggeys out of part of one breast and plan on having turkey nuggets, seasoned pork fingers and home made french frys for supper. The turkey carcass is boiling on the stove for the turkey soup I will make tomorrow. Drinking Minnesota canned tomato juice, Ultra beer and pickle juice! Life is rough.....
