Twice cooked chicken for dinner tonight. Never heard of it? Well you start by putting the chicken on the bbq, walk away for 20 mintues, come back flip it over, skin side down now, shut the lid walk away again. Come back to a bbq totally engorged in flames, oh crap, HUSBAND! We have a problem. Finally get the flames out , not before the smoke alarm goes off in the house. The chicken looks more like black coals. Bring the chicken back in the house, peel the black crust off, and place it in a baking dish smothered in bbq sauce. Put it in the oven to finish cooking. There you have it... Warning...Supervision required when barbecuing. Never a dull moment.
