Two BBQ classes on January 24th!! From 10 AM - Noon, we will be holding a beginner brisket and pork belly class. The brisket portion of the class will walk you through the entire process from selection to serving with finished product being sampled at the end of the class. We will also be doing the same with pork belly. If you love bacon, you will really enjoy this class. The cost for this class is $25 and seating for this class is limited to 25 participants. This class is from 2 PM - 4 PM & includes a high quality brisket, recipe card and all the rubs and sauces to duplicate the recipe. The students will actually prep their own brisket at the class under the guidance of the instructor so that they can take it home that afternoon and put it on their smoker for the evening. We have had this class requested many times and it will fill up quick as we only are allowing 10 participants and the cost is $125.
