Two bottles of 18 year old Glenfarclas were whisk(y)ed from the Glenfarclas Distillery to Las Vegas by Tornado GR4 jet to celebrate the launch of the 18 year old in Travel Retail, completing the 5634 mile journey in 17 hours, 20 minutes. They were then returned to Scotland, having been signed by all the crew, one residing at Glenfarclas and this one has been put up for auction by RAF Lossiemouth for the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund. As such the usual Scotch Whisky Auctions rules will apply - we will charge no fees or commission to the seller of this bottle to ensure the maximum is raised.
