Two month ago every morning I got out of bed at half past six to do a morning jogging. I had been running for one year and I thought I was tired. I am not the one who stays awake early in the morning and have nothing to do but jog. Every morning when I got up I felt all my strength was used up. I did this painful morning jogging just to lose my weight. But the result wasn’t valid. I have to tell you if you are doing jogging to lose weight you can give up now and I will introduce you an easy, expedient and valid method which I have used.
