U S M C J give no rights to a soldier ,in fact double jeopardy , and guilty till proven innocent is the rule . If an officer doesnt like you , he will find a way to hit you with at least an article 15 . No longer an American citizen , you are now G.I. Government Issue . That says they can do what the want with you , when they want to for you are expendable . You are no longer an indivilual , you become as one Remember that motto an Army of ONE !!
