UNDERSTANDING THE CAPRICORN MIND: As mostly anyone whose ever read anything on Capricorns, know’s we are guarded, reserved and distrusting of others. We hear and see this all the time and there’s never been anything more true. This is why the love playing field is sort of hard for us. It’s hard to love someone if you feel like you can’t really trust anyone. This is also why Caps are so hard to understand. People take our guarded walls as being stuck up and often get the feeling that we think we’re better than everyone. This is far from the case. Very very far. Capricorns don’t tend to open up about anything to anyone. It’s still capable of happening, however, and when it does listen up because if you don’t the Cap takes this as a sign that you really don’t care, providing Cap with even more reason to pile on those bricks to that wall they keep up so well. We’re testing people all the time, and in that case they would have failed. We do this in just about any relationship we have, be it a romantic one or a friendship. It’s our way of figuring out how trustworthy you really are, if you are at all honestly. In romantic relationships however, I think the testing comes out more so. We send our lover through hoops, seeing what they’re made of and who they really are. This is why when we are in relationships and things start getting serious, we often try to push them away. It’s a way we figure out how loved we really are and if that person truly loves us at all. All we really want is to know we can trust you and that you really love us. We’re very insecure and need to know we matter to someone somewhere.
