UNIQUE LOAN OPPORTUNITY Very handsome 12 yo bright bay gelding for loan. 17.2hh. He is a complete gentleman, easy to handle and work with in every way, and is very well schooled. He has recently retired from serious dressage competition and is now looking for a quieter life, but still has lots to offer the right rider. In addition to his many dressage successes, he has won show hunter classes and championships in the past. He will be available for hacking and light school work (no jumping) over the winter, with the possibility of competing him in unaffiliated dressage and showing classes from Spring 2015. I am looking for a competent, reasonably experienced, and reliable, rider to exercise him a minimum of 3 times a week. Could suit a mother/daughter, husband/wife share arrangement. Maximum rider weight 13 stones. Must be kept at livery at owners private yard in Linlithgow. Facilities include indoor stabling, grooming bay and wash facilities, excellent grazing, and use of a 20x60m floodlit outdoor arena. There is off road access to Beecraigs Country Park close by, and there may be the use of stubble fields for exercise at certain times of the year. A contribution towards his upkeep will be required.
