UNKNOWN ACCIDENT / EMS ALPHA 50 / LAPEER FIRE AND RESCUE: Kings Mill Rd. and Schultz Rd. Caller states there is a vehicle upside down in the water, honking their horn. The drivers side is under water. Caller is talkin to driver. Only one in the vehicle. Caller is doing horn signals to communicate with the driver. Doors are locked and driver is stuck in their seat belt. Driver states they arent injured. This is right at the curve. Police states driver is being gotten out of vehicle. EMS ALPHA 50 states extrication is complete104 slowing 151x6 and 121x6 down. 151 was told to return. 104 cleared all Lapeer units. EMS ALPHA 50 is available and now has cleared the scene. #Lapeer
