UNREAL (DO NOT patronize Ps Nails) what was suppose to a peaceful relaxing morning getting my nails done did not happen. Rather the opposite. On Wednesday I had gone in to take Makayla and the worker started on my toes, but cut my toe with the buffer so of course I stated this is complimentary and the answer was yes. I was told to come back the next day. I could not return as my toe still hurt and I was busy. So today after my pedicure was finally done right they charged me. So the owner and I exchanged words (no worries I was politically correct and then I felt the southside sister wanting to emerge, but she remained suppressed, LOL) I tried to get him to understand, that yes you did not charge me Wednesday. However, my pedicure was not done correctly nor finished which is why Im back today! Im not going to go around and around (not my style) so I said fine go ahead and charge me. However, you have lost a loyal GOOD paying customer (as I bring my family in too) and WE will not be returning. Remember bad worth of mouth travels faster, and for every 1 bad experience that person tells at least 5...well, Im telling ALL of facebook and asking if you are a supporter/friend/family/contact of mine PLEASe do not patronize Ps Nails at 19326 S Halsted St, Glenwood, IL 60425 and feel free to share so that no one is treated like this!
