UPDATE 10/29/14 - Owensboro Ky: The Next Bunkerville? On November 17th, one of our viewers will be forcibly evicted from her home of 39 years. She is a totally disabled, wheelchair using great-grandmother who OWNS her home; but a falsified document from her bank is being used to steal it from her. Carol Roberts (WheepingWillow2 on YT) tells me that she has contacted the notary who allegedly notarized the document, in which Carol says her signature was forged, and the notary has said unequivocally that she did not notarize that document. Im depending on the power of the internet, the power of the people - PATRIOT POWER - to right the wrong that is being done to this sweet lady. Please send this post far and wide, particularly to those you know in Kentucky, who might be able to help this poor lady. We need lawyers, local reporters, persons familiar with evictions, etc. - anyone who might be able to help - and we need them now! Find the email addresses for newspapers and radio stations local to Owensboro and let them know that they need to contact this lady ASAP. For my part, I will do what I do best: Run my mouth and stand up for those who can not stand up for themselves. I have personally spoken with the Daviess County Sheriff Keith Cain twice since this was brought to my attention yesterday, and he has promised that he will investigate Carols claim that her signature on the document that reopened the civil claims against her was forged by her lender. I LIKE Sheriff Cain. Not only is his bio the stuff of legend, he struck me as a down to earth gentleman who will stand up for the citizens of Daviess County Ky., and if Carols accusations of forgery and fraud against her lender have any merit whatsoever, I believe that he will do the right thing. Can you help Carol? If so, let me know. This is Carols UPDATED video describing her situation: Unless action is taken regarding her accusations against her lender between now and Nov. 17th, an eviction order will be issued and Carol will lose the home where she has lived for the past 39 years. Since it is the Sheriff who would be enforcing that order should it come down from the bench, I felt it best to make sure that he knew Carols side of the story so that he can investigate her claims and intervene BEFORE the judge issues an eviction order than he would have no choice but to serve. In the video I shared yesterday Carol used some pretty salty language which, to me, is completely understandable considering her circumstances. This dear lady would give you the shirt off of her back; but shes angry these days, shes hurt, and hurting, and she deserves a little compassion instead of the nightmare that thieving banksters are forcing her to endure. If you were having the only home you have ever known stolen from you, if NOBODY - including lawyers, judges, and law enforcement - came to your aid, despite repeated calls begging them to simply do the right thing and at least look into the forged document, you might be a little pissed off too. So Im asking you to please cut her a little slack and not be so judgmental. I also relayed to Carol the concerns that a couple of you, the TTiV family, had concerning the language she chose to use. I suggested that she redo the video, watching her language and presenting her evidence in the most concise manner possible. That is exactly what she did, so have no fear about sharing this post for fear of a random F-Bomb. Its totally PG. If you or anyone you know is a legal professional licensed in Ky., Carol is in desperate need of your assistance. Even if you arent a lawyer or paralegal, and dont know anybody else who is, by sharing this post you are increasing the chances that it will be seen by someone who can help dramatically. If you have lips and a telephone, you can help me bring this story to the attention of the local media - who would be in a much better position than I to break this story locally - and when you tell them that a completely disabled, extremely vulnerable senior citizen, is being persecuted by a local judge who may be on the bankers payroll (for allowing a document Carol told him was forged to be entered into the record despite her accusation) they might just take an interest. Also, the phone numbers for the various people persecuting/prosecuting her are included in the video description. I would ask that after watching this video to familiarize yourself with the facts of the case, you give those folks a call and politely ask them to do the right thing. BE ADVISED: Please DO NOT threaten any person, place, or thing with anything. Just ask anyone you speak with why they arent doing their jobs and let them know that you - and tens of thousands of others - are watching the situation unfold. From experience I can tell you that if you only make one call to each of the persons listed, and dont make any threatening statements, you will be fine. Please dont bother Sheriff Cain with it though, because I have already taken care of that. Im pretty sure that he is already disposed to do whatever he can to make sure that Carols rights are protected and that justice will be served. Finally, please remember to keep Carol Roberts in your prayers. Ive spoken to her quite a few times after having featured one of her Patriotic videos in an episode of The Truth Is Viral. Shes a real sweetheart folks, and shes had a really rough row to hoe for many years. Its time something went her way. No matter how this all shakes out though, please lift Carol up to Father and ask Him to send His Comforter to be with her in this time of need.
