UPDATE ON UNIOSUN NON-ACADEMIC VACANCIES FOR GRADUATES It came to our notice this morning from a reliable source that the ongoing recruitment in Uniosun may not give chance to our graduates as expected. I was told that over 10,000 candidate applied for vacancies slot meant for about 100 people. That is not even the problem, one would expect that at least 50 of candidates that will be employed must come from Uniosun graduates out of the 100 slots. That may not be the case, in fact we may hardly get 5 slots out of the whole 100 slots because as I was told, our political leaders (Governor, Senators, Commissioners, Kings etc) have shared 80% of the slots among themselves, leaving just 20% and as we all know, the top staff of the school will also have their own share of the slots. Now tell me where does Pioneer graduates of Uniosun stand in this distribution. I think its high time the Alumni exco rise up to the challenge and face the school management before they stripe us of this benefit we are supposed to enjoy as their graduates. GREAT UNIOSUNITES!
